I liked the hotel! Overall had fairly nice stay on vacation. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, the room was neat and quiet with a double bed. There were climate control, TV and a microwave oven. Amicable and excellent staff as I wanted.

the rooms are wonderful with a double bed, so that guests have essentials. the location is decent, 1 mile from butterfield park. the airport is 19 miles away, easy to get to.

The economy quadruple room was just what we needed for our family trip with comfy bedding and a clean space for everyone. The pool area was nice for the kids to splash around, and we also enjoyed the outdoor lounge chairs for some relaxation. One small downside was that the bathroom could have used a bit more TLC, but overall, we had a great stay! 😊

The room I had delivered an adequate amount of space. The shower, despite its questionable stability, provided hot water without issue, which I appreciated after a long day on the road.
Unfortunately, the overall cleanliness left much to be desired. Spotting roaches on the bed frame and elsewhere was unsettling, especially considering my family was along for the ride. The thin walls allowed sounds from the train outside and loud neighbors to disrupt sleep, which isn't ideal when you're looking to recharge.

The place was noisy, and the roaches in the room were a big issue. Couldn't relax with all that. The bed was okay, but honestly, I wouldn't want my kids sleeping here with those bugs around. Definitely not clean enough for me.

Comfortable beds, but noisy nights
The room had comfortable beds, perfect for resting after my long shifts. The lighting was just dim enough to ease my anxiety after a hectic day.
Unfortunately, the nights were often disturbed by loud arguments and slamming doors from neighboring rooms. It was tough to find peace amidst the chaos outside.
